I had a wonderful experience at Defne Turkish Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. The portions were generous, and everything from the bread to the grilled dishes tasted just like traditional homemade Turkish cuisine. The packaging was neat and professional, keeping everything warm and well-presented even for delivery. I especially enjoyed pide. Highly recommend Defne for anyone looking for authentic Turkish flavors in Dubai – I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Enjoyed the breakfast, good options for 1 and 2 persons. The spread in the breakfast was good, their tea is also very nice. Staff is very polite, accomodating and the service was very quick. We asked them to give us a vegetarian dish insted of eggs and chicken, which they did very happily and gave us Baba ganouj. A good place to eat Turkish food. Good ambience and seating, definitely recommended.

Authentic Turkish food and brought back memories when we were living in Turkey. All the dishes we ordered were superb. Isikender kebap, Adana Kebap, Shish Tavouk,Mecremek shorba, Ayran, Hummous with Turkish bread and mezze. We were served by Ahmet Bey who was very friendly and found time to discuss about our stay in Turkey and offered us complimentary Turkish chai as well!! We will certainly be back!!

Absolutely loved the exquisite flavors at Define Turkish Restaurant. We ordered mixed shish grill, pide and eskendar kebab The Iskender Kebab is an absolute must-try – tender, perfectly spiced, and served with a mouthwatering sauce. A delightful culinary experience that left me craving for more!

I love this simple place. It’s close to where I live so it’s the perfect place when I’m hungry. I always have the same thing which is the chicken pita doner which is only 24 dirhams and is excellent.

While the interior is clean and functional, it lacks the warmth and charm that one would expect from a restaurant serving such passionate and vibrant cuisine. The lighting is slightly harsh, and the decor does not quite reflect the rich history and culture of Turkey that the food so vividly portrays. A little more effort to create a more comfortable, welcoming atmosphere would go a long way. Think about adding Turkish decor, softening the lighting, and including some traditional music in the background. These small touches could significantly enhance the overall dining experience, creating an environment that matches the richness and depth of the food. In conclusion, despite the room for improvement in its ambiance, the restaurant serves top-notch, authentic Turkish food that is well worth a visit. The wonderful food and the warm, attentive service more than make up for the shortcomings in decor. Tried ezogelin soup and lahmacun. Both very well done. The bread was fresh out of the oven. Lahmacun is very crunchy. My only recommendation would be to increase the meat amount in lahmacun by around 20%.
